Great location, just a short bus ride away from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff who can speak English. Free parking available right in front of the hotel
Some rooms were not properly equipped. Lack of sound insulation, could hear noise from reception and other guests.

My friends and I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood near the city center. We loved being away from the touristy areas and experiencing local life. That the bathroom in our room was located outside in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful terrace. The location, although in a quiet neighborhood, was close enough to all the typical sights, with numerous bus stops nearby that will take you downtown or to a museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional Italian flair. We were kinda surprised by the tranquility of our stay, making it one of the quietest stops on our trip. The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, offering frequent rides to the city center. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. We were impressed with the value for money and highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Florence.
Although we had a wonderful experience overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lack of blinds in the bedroom made it difficult to block out the early morning sun.

The freshly-squeezed orange juice is a refreshing and tasty addition to the meal.
Although all was fine, it would have been perfect if there was room service available.
